Interior fit-up required to house a licensed two room Ambulatory Surgery Center which required maintaining the exterior shell, along with extensive ramping  and variations in elevations at existing entry points.  The buildings low interior floor to floor heights and existing building design and construction, as well as site layout presented unique challenges for both design and  mechanical services.
